Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to drive exceptional client experiences in our Indiana branch. You will partner with the Branch Manager to oversee operations, greet clients, and guide transactions while promoting self-service options.

Lead cash handling, ensure compliance, and mentor staff to build lasting client relationships. This role requires flexibility to work weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• You have 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• You can work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and build trusted relationships.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices and ATM, ensuring accuracy.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support all aspects of branch operations, including loss control, compliance, and audits.
