Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a dynamic team, deliver exceptional client experiences, and drive deposits and investments growth while managing branch operations. You will coach staff, balance competing priorities, and ensure regulatory and policy compliance in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with technology to provide modern banking solutions, while strengthening community ties and delivering hospitality-driven service to clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong leadership to coach and empower staff and grow the team.
• Comfort with technology to connect staff, partners, and clients with solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the branch including deposits and investments, operations, and coaching the team.
• Grow deposits and investments using the Branch Scorecard and strategic planning.
• Maintain a strong risk and control environment with adherence to policies.
• Foster community relations and client relationships through excellent hospitality.
