• Must have 2+ years of management experience in retail banking or an equivalent Chase leadership role.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a proven track record of developing employees.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and guide a branch through growth and change.
• Experience creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment in line with policies.
