Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure exceptional client experiences while maintaining compliance. You will oversee lobby flow, transactions, and branch processes, driving a culture of accuracy and care.

You will train and coach the branch team, promote self-service options, and help build lasting client relationships through collaborative service and strong adherence to policies and audits.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies and regulatory banking requirements.
• Stay organized and detail-oriented to juggle multiple tasks.
• Demonstrate leadership and operational proficiency in a team.
• Educate and keep the branch team informed.
• Build meaningful client relationships and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs.
• Lead branch operations: cash devices, vault, ATM, and issue resolution.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Promote self-service options for 24/7 account access.
• Support branch operations with loss control, compliance, and audits.
