Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager in delivering exceptional client experiences. You will guide branch teams, manage lobby flow, and ensure transactions are performed accurately while upholding bank policies and procedures.

You will also lead operations, promote self-service options, and maintain strong compliance across loss control and audits, building lasting client relationships in a dynamic banking environment.
