Job summary

Capital One in Cypress Hills is seeking a Part Time Branch Ambassador to join our hospitality-focused team. You will be the welcoming face, handling transactions with accuracy and guiding customers through digital tools. You will educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit, and contactless payments while maintaining compliance and security.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

Support surrounding Branches within 50 miles, with occasional help at other locations.
Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
Attend required trainings, which may differ from primary shift.
Lift up to 25 pounds and stand/move for extended periods.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance.
