Job summary

Capital One in the East Nassau area is seeking a Part Time Branch Ambassador to greet customers, process transactions, and guide clients to digital banking tools. You will educate customers on mobile banking, remote deposits, and contactless payments while delivering warm, human-centered service.

You will identify customer goals and pair them with the right solutions, maintaining a trustful, hospitality-focused branch atmosphere and supporting a community hub for financial wellbeing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy.
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• Identify customer needs and pair them with the right digital tools or banking solutions.
• Greet customers and maintain a welcoming environment while balancing efficiency.
