Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Guard trust and accuracy by handling high-volume cash with 100% accuracy and following security standards.
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• Identify customer needs and match them with digital tools or banking solutions.
• Mingle hospitality with efficiency while greeting customers and avoiding treating anyone as a 'number'.
