You will handle cash transactions with precision and ensure compliance with security standards. The role emphasizes customer relationships, adaptability, and a welcoming in‑branch experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of Retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Proficient in G-Suite and strong written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process high‑volume cash transactions with accuracy and maintain compliance with security/audit standards.
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments to enhance convenience and security.
• Identify customer needs and connect them with the right digital tools or banking solutions.
• Greet customers and deliver hospitality while maintaining efficient service in a high‑volume environment.
• Support branches within a 50‑mile radius and adapt to flexible scheduling.
