Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Branch Ambassador in Beltsville, MD, to serve as the friendly, high-touch face of our branch. You will guide customers through cash handling, digital tools, and banking solutions while upholding a hospitality-first culture.

You’ll educate clients on mobile banking, digital demos, and payments, and you’ll identify needs to tailor solutions. This role emphasizes service excellence in a dynamic retail banking environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree.
• Preferred: 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience.
• Proficient in G-Suite.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guarding trust and accuracy in high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy and compliance.
• Educating clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• Actively listening to uncover customer goals and pairing them with digital tools or banking solutions.
• Greeting customers and maintaining hospitality while balancing efficiency with warmth.
