Job summary

AccentCare Inc. in San Antonio is seeking a Director of Personal Care Services to lead all branch operations, drive service quality and financial performance, and nurture key referral partnerships.

This full-time role requires a High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), supervisory experience, and a valid driver’s license. The schedule is Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with on-call rotation; salary is $60,000–$65,000 annually plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Two years of branch or department supervisory experience required.
• One or more years of Business Development experience preferred.
• Home Care or Staffing Experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all branch operations to meet service, quality, and financial goals.
• Oversee budgeting, revenue growth, expense management, payroll, billing, and financial reporting.
• Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and relationships with referral sources.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and lead office and caregiving staff.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, compliance, risk management, and human resources activities.
• Maintain high standards of care and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and branch performance reviews.
• Support business development and partnerships with sales teams to grow referral relationships.
• Develop programs meeting clients and referral partners’ needs.
• Foster a positive team culture and accountability.
