AccentCare in San Antonio seeks a Director of Personal Care Services to lead all branch operations, ensuring service quality and financial performance. You will supervise staff, manage staffing, and partner with sales to grow referrals, while maintaining high client satisfaction.

The role requires supervisory and business development experience, with home care background preferred. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 annually plus bonus, with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Two years of branch/department supervisory experience required.
• One or more years of business development experience preferred.
• Home Care or Staffing Experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all branch operations to achieve service, quality, and financial goals.
• Oversee budgeting, revenue growth, expenses, payroll, and reporting.
• Maintain exceptional client satisfaction and relationships with referral sources.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and lead office and caregiving staff.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, compliance, risk, and HR activities.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and branch performance reviews.
• Support business development and grow referral partnerships.
• Develop programs meeting client and partner needs.

• Manage staffing, scheduling, compliance, risk management, and human resources activities.
• Maintain high standards of care and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and facilitate branch performance and compliance meetings.
• Support business development efforts and partner with sales teams to grow referral relationships.
• Develop and implement programs that meet the needs of clients and referral partners.
