Job summary

AccentCare is seeking an Associate Director for Personal Care Services in Beaumont, TX. This leadership, office-based position supports daily branch operations, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm plus an on-call rotation.

Key responsibilities include directing staff recruitment, development and discipline, ensuring compliance, coordinating staffing and payroll tasks, and partnering with regional leadership to maintain operational consistency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• Two years of branch or department supervisory experience required.
• Home Care or Staffing Experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of assigned branch staff including recruiting, hiring, staff development and discipline, with guidance to branch leadership.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement of assigned staff and develop/implement plans.
• Support the Director in day-to-day management of all office staff including recruiting, hiring, assessment, staffing/scheduling, payroll/billing, and compliance needs.
• Partner with Director to communicate procedural changes to office staff and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Collaborate with area and regional leadership to maintain branch operational consistency across the region and adherence to company policies.

As a PCS Associate Director, you will:

• Direct management assigned branch staff including recruiting, hiring, staff development and discipline. Provide

  hiring, assessment activity, staffing/scheduling, risk management requirements, payroll/billing requirements, and
  all compliance and human resource needs.
• Partner with the Director to communicate procedural changes to office staff and provide ongoing oversight to
  ensure compliance.
• Work with area and regional leadership to maintain branch operational consistency across the region.
  Ensure adherence to applicable company policies and procedures, and all applicable compliance requirements for the branch. Monitor compliance and report any opportunities for improvement to leadership.
