Job summary

AccentCare Inc. is seeking a Field Supervisor for Personal Care Services in Midland. This field-based, full-time role oversees client care quality, trains caregivers, and designs care plans in collaboration with families.

You will bridge communication between clients, staff, and the office to ensure consistent, compassionate care. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 60 college hours, and 2+ years of supervisory healthcare experience; a substitute option is available.

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm

If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 60 hours or more of college coursework
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based setting.
  • (We’re flexible: 1 year of leadership experience + 30 hours of college credit can substitute.)
• Home care, caregiving, or staffing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

As a Field Supervisor, you will:

• Support client care: Conduct in-home visits to ensure care meets quality standards and compliance needs.
• Guide and train caregivers: Lead caregiver orientations, support new hires, and serve as the go-to resource for staff in the field.
• Welcome new clients: Meet families, assess needs, and help design personalized care plans.
• Be the bridge: Communicate between clients, caregivers, and office staff to ensure everyone feels supported and connected.
• Problem‑solve in the field: Step in when challenges arise and find solutions that keep care consistent and compassionate.
