Job summary

The Caregiving Company is seeking a Branch Director to drive revenue and lead a local CareCo office in Sugar Land. You will blend community-based sales with hands-on operations, building referral networks, growing client growth, and ensuring high-quality care delivery.

Qualified candidates will have a proven sales or business development background, leadership experience, and the ability to own the end-to-end sales process while managing staff and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven success in sales or relationship-driven roles.
• Team leadership experience with performance ownership.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Quick to learn and adapt to new technology and systems.
• 2+ years operations or business management experience.
• 2+ years leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral partnerships and own the full sales cycle.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, compliance, and care quality.
• Recruit, hire, and develop caregivers and staff; coach for performance.
• Partner with leadership on goals, reporting, and strategy.
