Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) in Carrollwood, FL, is hiring a Branch Customer Service Representative. You will greet members, promote memberships, and handle travel and insurance products while helping drive satisfaction and sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Customer experience in a service environment.
• Ability to solve problems and own tasks.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and workplace tech.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling memberships and offerings.
• Generate leads and share travel and insurance promotions.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues, escalating when needed.
• Process payments for policies and products; balance cash drawer.
• Provide administrative support and assist branch goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
