Job summary

SECU is seeking a dedicated teller to provide exemplary member service in a busy branch in North Carolina. You will handle cash and customer transactions, open and maintain accounts, and educate members on available services. Proficiency with basic computer systems and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities include balancing cash drawers, operating the drive-thru window, and maintaining accurate reports. You may engage in training across branch operations as needed.

• Fast-paced environment; use sound judgment and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Establish new memberships and open accounts; process changes.
• Educate members on services and make recommendations.
• Record transactions in Margo and balance cash drawer accurately.
• Balance vault, ATM, and coin sorter; operate drive-thru as needed.
• Maintain daily/monthly reports and assist with reconciliations.
• Assist members with account issues and errors; resolve with care.
