Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• The Guardian of Trust & Accuracy: handle high-volume cash with 100% accuracy while maintaining compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• The Digital Concierge: educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• The First-Line Consultant: listen to clients, identify needs, and pair them with digital tools or banking solutions.
• The Hospitality Lead: greet customers, balance efficiency with warmth, and foster a community-focused experience.
