Job summary

You will educate clients on mobile banking, digital tools like remote deposit capture and contactless payments, while ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards and supporting neighboring branches as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Ability to attend all required training sessions, potentially outside the primary shift.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move/stand for extended periods.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Proficient in G-Suite preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills preferred.
• Applicants must be able to work without new employment authorization sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume cash transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and negotiable instrument processing.
• Ensure security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory compliance.
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate digital tools or banking solutions.
• Greet customers and provide exceptional hospitality throughout the branch.
• Balance high-volume operational efficiency with community-focused service.
• Support surrounding branches within a 50-mile radius and occasionally assist other regional locations.
• Attend required training sessions.
• Work flexible schedules, including weekends, with potential schedule changes.
