Tompkins Bank & Trust is seeking a branch banking supervisor on site in Berks County. You will handle teller transactions, support customer service, and drive sales and referrals to grow client relationships.

Responsibilities include supervisory coverage, branch balancing, and compliance with bank policies. Requires at least two years in customer service or sales and NMLS registration or ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related role.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the sales process, including identifying client needs and achieving referrals.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Active NMLS registration or ability to secure registration; credit report review may apply.

Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions accurately and in accordance with procedures.
• Provide customer service and account support; documentation for new accounts and loans.
• Identify client needs and recommend products and services to deepen relationships.
• Provide supervisory coverage and branch support, including Saturday work and cross-branch needs.
• Support compliance, security, and lending activities as required.
