Tompkins Financial Corporation is seeking a Bank Teller with supervisory on-duty responsibilities to deliver accurate teller services and high-quality customer support at a Northern Kentucky branch. You will handle branch balancing, deposits, accounts, and related service needs while promoting products and maintaining security and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service or banking, strong communication, and the ability to obtain NMLS registration if needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, sales, or related role preferred; banking experience a plus.
• NMLS registration or ability to obtain it is required.
• Strong communication and sales skills to refer products and services.

Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions and balance branch operations.
• Respond to customer inquiries and process new accounts and service requests.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products to deepen relationships.
• Provide supervisor-on-duty coverage and support branch operations.
• Support branch security, compliance, and lending activities as needed.
