The position requires solid communication, reliability, and the ability to provide supervisory coverage when needed. Banking experience and NMLS familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related role; banking preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• NMLS registration or ability to obtain; credit check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions accurately and in line with procedures.
• Respond to inquiries; process new accounts, loans, deposits, and related services.
• Identify client needs and promote products to deepen relationships.
• Provide supervisory coverage and support branch opening/closing and cross-location needs.
• Maintain compliance, security, and lending support, including NMLS when applicable.
