Tompkins Community Bank in Leesport, PA is seeking a Branch Teller/Customer Service Associate to deliver accurate teller transactions and exceptional service. You will support branch operations, handle accounts, and assist with sales initiatives to grow client relationships.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years in customer service, with banking experience preferred. NMLS registration may be required and some branch coverage across locations could be necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Min 2 years of experience in customer service or related role; banking experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to identify client needs, recommend products, and achieve referral goals.
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration or comply with related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions accurately and balance as required.
• Respond to customer inquiries and process new accounts, loans, deposits, and related needs.
• Identify client needs and recommend products to deepen relationships and referrals.
• Serve as supervisor on duty and assist with branch coverage and cross-branch support.
• Support compliance, security, and lending processes as directed.
