Job summary

Qualifications

• Educate customers and explain features and benefits of banking solutions.
• Engage customers and promote digital capabilities in interactions.

• Assist with AML/KYC processes and flag potential fraud.
• Log and resolve customer complaints in the system.
• Review and resolve overdrafts and complete transactions.
• Document interactions and appointments in the system.
