Qualifications

• Minimum Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED and 6 months customer service
• Preferred Area of Experience: Sales, cash handling, in-person customer service

Responsibilities

• Initiate conversation to uncover sales or referral opportunities and listen attentively to understand customer needs
• Proactively address immediate needs and take prompt actions to enhance service
• Comply with regulations, bank policies and procedures to manage risk
• Perform general office management duties to ensure operational efficiency
