Job summary

First Citizens Bank is recruiting a Sales and Service Representative to handle customer transactions and service requests in the branch, while educating customers on bank capabilities and tools. The role supports branch sales by identifying referral opportunities to the bank partner.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication, customer service, adaptability and teamwork, with a willingness to learn and apply new information and technology in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Financial literacy.

Responsibilities

• Service Standards - Foster collaborative partnerships that deliver value for customers, prospects and colleagues. Initiate conversation to uncover sales or referral opportunities; listen attentively to address needs and take prompt actions.
• Operations and Administration - Comply with regulations, bank policies, procedures and authorities to manage risk and ensure accurate transactions; complete required training and support general office efficiency.
