Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 6 months customer service
• Preferred Area of Experience: Sales
• License or Certification Type: Must possess a valid driver's license. Position requires frequent driving to other offices, bank customers, etc.

Responsibilities

• Initiate conversation to uncover sales or referral opportunities; listen and ask questions to understand customer needs.
• Comply with regulations, bank policies and procedures to manage risk and ensure operational efficiency.
• Support branch sales efforts by referring opportunities to the appropriate bank partner.
