Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of retail banking experience including cash handling.
• Previous supervisory and sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate teller cash drawer to cover daily branch staffing needs.
• Sign official checks up to $50,000 and complete teller overrides.
• Accept and process savings, checking, and holiday savings accounts, loan payments, and safe deposit box payments.
• Sell money orders, official checks and collect applicable fees.
• Balance cash drawer daily and resolve discrepancies with manager guidance.
• Provide excellent customer service and support sales referrals.
• Open/close branch following security procedures and maintain professional appearance.
• Complete mandatory training including BSA/AML compliance.
