Job summary

Farmers National Banc Corp. in Wooster, OH is seeking an experienced Teller Supervisor to open, maintain and close customer accounts, process a variety of teller transactions and provide outstanding service.

The ideal candidate will excel in cash handling, accuracy and coaching staff on referrals. You will ensure branch policies are followed, manage vault cash routines and safety procedures, and help drive sales through customer education and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one year retail banking experience including cash handling.
• Previous supervisory and sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open, maintain and close bank accounts and process teller transactions.
• Generate referrals for new business opportunities and assist tellers with sales techniques.
• Ensure teller balances daily and resolve discrepancies with guidance from management.
• Maintain branch appearance and follow bank policies including dress code and cell phone usage.
• Manage vault cash procedures, safe deposit box records, and compliance with dual control.
