Sharp Decisions is seeking a New Accounts Representative to manage opening and servicing of new customer accounts in our California branch. You will collect information, verify references, input data, and ensure proper documentation for checking, IRA, CD accounts and more.

You will provide information on rates and policies, handle customer inquiries, process transactions, and support cross-sell opportunities while adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of new accounts experience in banking.
• Knowledge of banking products and regulatory requirements.
• Strong data entry and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Process new accounts including checking, IRA, CD and other deposits.
• Collect information, verify references and complete setup.
• Answer inquiries and cross-sell bank services.
• Maintain branch audit responsibilities and daily cash handling.
