Qualifications

• CSR II requires 1+ year of banking teller experience and consumer account-opening experience.
• CSR III requires 2+ years of banking teller experience, including consumer & business account opening.
• Senior CSR III requires 3+ years of banking teller experience with advanced consumer & complex business account-opening expertise.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain consumer and business banking accounts in accordance with bank procedures.
• Assist clients with teller transactions, account inquiries, and general financial service needs.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
• Build strong client relationships while supporting branch sales & service goals.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain proper documentation.
• Follow banking policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements.
