• Coordinate with sales teams to deliver client introductions to the right specialists.
• Coach and mentor branch staff to enhance performance.
• Support partner sales and marketing initiatives.
• Promote training and coaching to align with company mission and engage communities and customers.
• Assist Branch Banking Leader with talent management and compliance responsibilities.
