Responsibilities

• Drive market growth of primary client relationships and achieve growth targets in deposits, loans, and non-interest income.
• Coach and mentor branch team members and support sales initiatives; strengthen training and compliance.
• Deliver exceptional client engagement and education using available tools and systems.
• Identify and mitigate reputational, regulatory, employee and client risks; ensure compliance with policies.
• Manage talent functions including employment, performance evaluations, staff development, disciplinary actions and succession planning.
