Citizens is seeking a Branch Manager in New Jersey to lead a retail banking team, drive branch performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach staff, manage operations, and ensure alignment with regulatory and risk controls while achieving sales and service goals.

As a visible leader and brand ambassador, you will build relationships with the local community, recruit talent, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years sales management experience in Retail or Branch Banking.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams to drive sales excellence and service.
• History of meeting sales goals and branch targets in a P&L environment.
• Strong customer experience focus and active community partnerships.
• Must meet SAFE Act requirements and obtain an NMLS identifier.
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred.
