Job summary

CBI Bank & Trust is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a full-service branch, drive market growth, and deliver superior customer service. You will cross-sell products, manage transactions, and mentor staff to meet sales targets.

The role emphasizes proactive community engagement, relationship-building with customers, and promoting bank services through promotions and partnerships. A strong focus on accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to policies is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales and/or customer service experience.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• General computer and basic math skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task; excellent organization skills.
• Strong knowledge of bank products.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Grow loans and deposits of the office through personal calling and sales efforts, excellent customer service, and cross-sales to walk-in traffic.
• Greet and serve bank customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Assist customers in opening new accounts and related services, issuing CDs, and closing deposit accounts.
• Originate consumer loans and refer other lines of business.
• Complete thorough sales tracking to ensure goals are met.
• Promote all bank services to customers and participate in bank promotions/campaigns.
• Develop new business by visiting prospect businesses outside of the branch.
