Job summary

Responsibilities

Greets and serves customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
Accepts deposits and processes various account transactions.
Cashes checks within authority and policy.
Sells cashier's checks, money orders, and other negotiable items.
Handles loan payments, safe deposit box rent and related payments.
Performs daily cash handling duties and reconciliations.
Maintains cash levels and performs point‑of‑sale processing for new accounts.
Provides information on bank products and services and cross‑sells where appropriate.
Coordinates tasks with other branch personnel and departments.
Follows all policies, laws and regulations and supports risk management.
