Qualificações

• Minimum requirement: high school diploma or equivalent (GED, HiSET, TASC) or foreign equivalent.
• 4-5 years of customer service and sales experience is expected.
• Ability to train and mentor others on products and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Sales Performance: Assist in achieving growth targets and initiate right client introductions to the appropriate team.
• Client Experience: Deliver positive client experience by resolving questions and issues promptly.
• Risk Management: Execute transactions accurately and in compliance with policies.
• Additional Accountabilities: Handle moderately complex projects and maintain adherence to laws and regulations.
