Job summary

Flagstar Bank is seeking a Branch Banking Client Consultant II in Boynton Beach, FL. You will resolve client concerns, present product details, and support client management and retention while coordinating with Mortgage and Business Banking teams to connect clients with specialists.

Qualifications

Education level required: High School / GED / foreign equivalent.
Minimum 4–5 years customer service and sales, including in financial services.
Ability to train and mentor others on products and procedures.
Experience with digital products and self-service technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

Sales Performance: support growth targets and initiate client introductions to team members.
Client Experience: resolve questions, problems, and complaints to deliver positive engagement.
Risk Management: perform transactions accurately and comply with policies and regulations.
Additional Accountabilities: handle moderately complex projects and maintain regulatory compliance.
