Job summary

PNC is seeking a Personal Banker to be based at our Hanover Township branch in Bethlehem, PA. The role focuses on acquiring and deepening customer relationships through proactive sales and excellent service, leveraging the bank's ecosystem to grow wallet share and loyalty.

Qualifications

Associates degree or equivalent required.
Typically 3+ years of related experience.
In lieu of a degree, a combination of education, certification(s), and experience may be considered.
Background checks required per Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.

Responsibilities

Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.
Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet.
Drive proactive sales conversations through a defined sales process including outbound calling and lobby engagement.
Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions.
Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology and resources.
