Patriot Bank, N.A. in Beverly Hills seeks a Universal Banker to supervise the service line, handle customer requests, and drive sales. You will train and balance staff, support scheduling, and assist the Branch Manager on universal banking duties as needed.

Focus on greeting customers, processing transactions, and identifying new business opportunities with current and prospective clients. Travel between branches may be required to cover needs.

Competenze

• Associate degree or 1-3 years in consumer, business banking or retail services.
• Minimum 1-2 years banking and cash handling experience.
• Basic PC, MS Word and Excel proficiency.
• Experience in customer service and/or sales.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail while multi-tasking.
• Strong math aptitude and customer service ability.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Team player willing to work at other branches as needed.
• Strong integrity and accountability with bank standards.
• Solid knowledge of bank products and services.

• Implement new outreach calling programs and required sales activities.
• Cross-sell and up-sell bank products by informing customers of offerings.
• Coach team members on sales opportunities and refer to partners.
• Support branch sales revenue goals through customer engagement.
• Balance, train, and balance daily cash handling tasks as needed.
