Responsibilities

• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge in collaboration with branch team members.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices handling, while adhering to bank policies.
