Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service (Chase Mobile, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with team members.
• Perform branch operations and handle cash devices following bank policies.
