Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is hiring an Associate Banker in California to deliver exceptional client experiences and introduce customers to our digital banking tools. You will greet clients, open accounts, and guide them through everyday banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.

You will build trusted relationships by listening and asking questions, working with the branch team to meet customers' financial goals while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Reads and speaks English and Mandarin.
• Experience in client service or similar roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming branch environment using a tablet to manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Assist with account servicing, opening new accounts, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients reach financial goals.
• Support branch operations, including cash devices and adherence to bank policies.
