Qualifikationen

• 2-5 years of related experience preferred.
• Strong planning, organization, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and telephone skills to evaluate issues and recommend solutions.
• Knowledge of finance and accounting transactions in a distribution setting.
• Experience in inventory control, stock handling, and building products.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and lead administrative staff to maintain accuracy and efficiency in branch operations.
• Support sales efforts by assisting the branch sales team and handling customer interactions.
• Process claims and ensure proper documentation and resolution.
• Review and manage daily stock receiving and invoicing reports.
• Oversee physical inventories and assist with cycle count management.
• Handle petty cash transactions, including reconciliation.
• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors to manage inbound/outbound shipments and customer service issues.
