Job summary
BlueLinx Corporation is seeking a Branch Administrator Manager to lead administrative, accounting, and inventory functions at a distribution facility. You will oversee invoicing, stock receiving, shipping, and time clock approvals, working closely with Sales and Operations to ensure process integrity and top-quality customer service.

Qualifications
- Associates degree in Accounting or related field (required)
- BS/BA Degree in related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage administrative functions of distribution center with data integrity and timely processing of transactions.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to foster strong working relationships.
- Process sales orders, credit memos, and PO transactions in A/R as needed.
- Maintain inventory data accuracy from receiving to cycle counts and adjustments.
- Coordinate with Credit and A/R for account setups and past-due management.
- Manage A/P compliance and monthly reconciliations per authority limits.
