Job summary

Quality Equipment LLC in Wilson, NC is hiring a Branch Admin to provide comprehensive administrative support at our Wilson store. The role includes handling calls and visitors, deposits, and accounts payable/receivable, while coordinating with Sales, Parts, and Service departments.

You will post orders, review invoices, and maintain dealership records, with opportunities for professional growth within a growing John Deere dealer network.

Responsibilities

• Receives visitors and telephone calls ensuring these individuals are directed to the proper parties.
• Prepares bank deposits and balances cash receipts.
• Maintains accounts payable and accounts receivable records, including reconciliation of payable accounts and monitoring aging receivables.
• Posts purchase orders ensuring information is accurate.
• Reviews vendor invoices ensuring information is accurate; codes to general ledger and submits to Accounting Department.
• Distributes mail, maintains dealership files and performs other administrative duties as needed.
• Provides administrative support to the local Sales, Parts, and Service Departments, and other tasks as may be requested.
