Quality Equipment, LLC in Carthage, NC is seeking a Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department. The role focuses on processes, inventory control, and customer satisfaction while driving departmental goals and budgeting.

You will supervise staff, handle counter sales support, and ensure accurate reporting and warranty/return claim handling. This position offers growth within a growing John Deere dealer network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years experience in Parts Department operations.
• Experience leading others.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internet functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of financial principles related to Parts operations.
• Ability to analyze internal reports.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develops and enforces Parts Department processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Executes departmental marketing plan and tracks monthly goals.
• Maintains inventory control system with perpetual and physical counts.
• Reviews monthly parts reports and data.
• Trains and evaluates Parts Department staff.
• Assists counter sales to support customer needs.
• Maintains tools, equipment, and vehicles for the department.
• Submits warranty and return claims timely for credits.
• Promotes and merchandises parts and accessories as needed.
