Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure in Reno, NV is seeking a Branch AP Lead to support and guide branch accounts payable activities, ensuring invoice accuracy, resolving unbalanced transactions, and applying AP processes consistently.

You will train branch personnel, coordinate ERP entries (IFS), and work with branch and corporate teams to improve efficiency and ensure timely financial data, with a focus on onboarding, reconciliation, and pursuit of process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or construction environments.
• Proficient in spreadsheets and automated accounting systems.
• Proficient with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to perform ten-key data entry.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Guides branch-level accounts payable activities, including invoice entry, coding, and daily processing workflows.
• Coordinates AP entry across branches to ensure accuracy and alignment with procedures.
• Resolves unbalanced invoices and discrepancies in the ERP system (IFS).
• Assists branches with statement reconciliations and PO clean-up.
• Maintains vendor records and updates, provides training on AP processes.
