Job summary

PACCAR in Bellevue, WA seeks an Accounts Payable professional to support daily AP activities and month-end close. You will process invoices, manage expense reports, and act as the primary AP contact for branches and vendors.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely payments, and strong collaboration with internal teams. A bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and 1+ years of AP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 1+ years of AP experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and Concur expense reports with accuracy and proper approvals.
• Serve as the AP business partner for branch locations and vendors.
• Monitor invoice workflow, follow up on exceptions, and resolve aged items.
• Initiate ACH payments and ensure timely processing of priority vendors.
• Reconcile vendor statements and perform month-end close activities.
