Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment and suspension components, and to deliver outstanding customer service. Techs test batteries, handle tire/wheel assemblies, and calibrate TPMS while following company policies.

On-site roles involve lifting, driving, and teamwork to ensure safe, high-quality results. The role emphasizes fast-paced work, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to drive and operate service vehicles as

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment components.
• Test and install batteries.
• Dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies; rebalance wheels; replace/rebuild/calibrate TPMS.
• Use tools and equipment; assist other employees.
• Test drive vehicles; operate service vehicles for offsite/emergency work.
• Provide excellent customer service; refer customers to other qualified employees as needed.
